Kyle Pray

Kyle Pray has spent more than a decade dedicated to grassroots activism and coalition building. He has successfully managed numerous campaigns across Grand Rapids and West Michigan, helping to shape policy and mobilize communities around shared values. Clients have included city, county, and state officials as well as local and regional ballot committees.

Previously, Kyle served as the Director of Communications & Enrollment for Grand Rapids Public Schools, where he worked to promote equity and ensure accessibility for all in the community. He focused on re-establishing space in the community through partnerships with businesses, neighborhood leaders, community activists, parent groups, non-profits, and more.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University’s James Madison College. Originally from Northern Michigan, Kyle has now spent half his life in Grand Rapids—deeply rooted in the city he calls home.
